Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
2-Day Shipping (free) — estimated delivery within 2 business days
Next-Day Shipping — estimated delivery within 1 business day

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
The daily cut-off time for same-day processing is 2:00 PM EST
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. For example, if an order is placed after 2:00 PM EST on a Friday, it will be shipped on the following Monday

3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order has shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and external factors.

4. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship orders within the United States, including:
Continental U.S.
Alaska and Hawaii
We also ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and the Federated States of Micronesia

5. SHIPPING CARRIERS AND RESTRICTIONS

Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping option. Orders to U.S. territories must be shipped via USPS FedEx is not available for U.S. territories

6. P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We are able to ship to: P.O. Boxes (via USPS only) APO and FPO addresses (via USPS for most products)

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact customer support as soon as possible to review available options

8. DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high order volumes.
We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier
